WHAT TO EXPECT
I believe strongly that the relationship is the foundation of therapeutic work. I put a lot of care and intention into the relationships I develop with clients. I like to bring humor into the therapy room when it’s appropriate. At the same time, I’m trained in a variety of research-supported therapy approaches. I will draw from these different approaches in a way that best matches your unique needs and meet you where you are.
While we will work on the specific symptoms and concerns that bring you to therapy, I also support my clients in living a values-driven, purposeful life. Many of my clients seek a deeper understanding of themselves and want to move toward living more authentically. I have a special interest in working with neurodivergent individuals and am also LGBTQIA2S+ allied; I seek to create a safe space for each and every person who steps into the therapy room.
Your story matters; your feelings matter; you matter. My hope is that our work together will help you arrive at a place of understanding, accepting, and embracing yourself. I am here to shine a light on what matters most to you and help you navigate life’s challenges.

On a Personal Note: I was born in Bosnia, but have lived in Central PA for most of my life. Outside of the therapy office, I enjoy spending time with my family and pets, cooking, reading, painting, and collaging.
