I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities and am trained in the approaches below. This enables me to tailor therapy to meet the unique needs of each client, providing effective and holistic care.

I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation for positive change. With that in mind, I work to create a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where you can feel safe exploring your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. I am also passionate about creating a therapeutic experience that is both enjoyable and meaningful. I infuse therapy sessions with humor, creativity, and genuine care. Laughter and connection can be powerful tools for healing!

When working with children, I use their language of play. This allows children to process their feelings, express themselves, and navigate challenges in a natural and empowering way. I actively involve parents in sessions, providing guidance, support, and practical strategies to help them better understand and connect with their child. Through collaborative efforts, I’ll empower your family to build stronger relationships, foster resilience, and overcome obstacles together.

With adults, I use my training in EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga, and Clinical Hypnosis to create a therapy plan that meets your unique needs. Using evidence-based therapy approaches that consider the whole person – body and mind – I strive to provide effective and holistic care. I hope to empower you to discover your inner strengths and resilience, and to walk with you on a journey of self-discovery and growth.

Whether addressing behavioral issues, anxiety, trauma, or other concerns, I am here to support you (or your family) every step of the way. By combining my clinical expertise with compassion, I’m committed to helping you create positive change and live a life filled with meaning, fulfillment, and joy.

Favorite Quote: “You are sky. Everything else – it’s just the weather.” ~Pema Chödrön

On A Personal Note: I was born and raised in Central PA. I left after joining the Army, only to find my way back here. I can be found at thrift stores, flea markets, and yard sales. When the weather is warm, I tend to be outside – hiking, kayaking, swimming, and biking. When it’s colder, I am usually curled with a heated blanket, a cup of coffee, and a good book.
