About Campbell Psychological Services
Campbell Psychological Services is a child-focused, trauma-centered therapy practice, established in 2016. Over the past several years, we have grown into a thriving group practice with a strong reputation in the Carlisle community. In April 2021, we expanded into Chambersburg to open our second outpatient location.
In addition to outpatient services, we offer school-based outpatient in several Cumberland County schools and provide trauma-focused mental health assessments and psychological evaluations to youth involved with the juvenile justice system. In 2020, we were awarded a grant from the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency to fund EMDR-training and certification for a dozen therapists throughout Cumberland County. This training builds upon our identity as a trauma-centered practice; our team has a passion for helping children and families heal from trauma.
We are committed to ensuring that children from all backgrounds have access to high-quality mental health care, and are proud to be a provider for Medical Assistance clients, in addition to accepting several private/commercial insurance plans.
In addition to our commitment to providing exceptional care to children and families, we value our therapists. As Director, I believe it is my job to take care of you, so that you can take care of our clients. My goal is for our therapists to have a healthy work-life balance, enjoy coming to work, and make a good living doing what they love. We strive to maintain good communication, transparency, and organized processes, and to ensure therapists feel valued for what they do.
