WHAT TO EXPECT
Hi, I’m Madi! I believe that true change begins when there is a safe, welcoming space and building a strong theraputic relationship. I’m here to help support you and your child to reach their goals through collaboration and communication. I specialize in working with children and adolescents, using a combination of person-centered and cognitive-behavioral techniques in session. I also incorporate play-based activities to help build self-awareness, develop coping strategies, and promote emotional development.
During our sessions, I’ll tailor therapy to meet your needs and goals. I use a strengths-based approach that fosters a safe, supportive space to explore your thoughts and feelings. Play is often a meaningful part of the work I do, and I enjoy incorporating playful, creative elements into sessions. While we’ll focus on your present-day experiences and symptoms, I also find it valuable to look at the past—identifying patterns that can support healing and growth. I look forward to working with you!

Favorite Quote: “When we are courageous, we can do the unexpected and start to mold the world around a vision bigger than one produced by fear. Every inch of progress, every ounce of love, every truly meaningful action from here on out will happen through courage, not comfort.” ― Prentis Hemphill
On a Personal Note: I was born and raised in Carlisle and feel grateful to still be so close to family! Outside of the therapy room, I’m most often found with a book in hand and one of my cats nearby. I love exploring new restaurants, traveling when I can, and soaking up time at the beach—my favorite place to relax and recharge!
