Therapist Job Opening

Office + School-based

This is a great opportunity for therapists seeking a mix of school and office hours! We are currently hiring for two hybrid positions:

Carlisle/Boiling Springs: Work 2 days/week in our Carlisle office + 2-3 days/week providing school-based therapy in South Middleton School District. School-based is provided in three buildings, covering grades K-12. Work in partnership with our existing school-based therapist in SMSD.

Chambersburg/Newville: Work 2 days/week in our Chambersburg office + 2-3 days/week providing school-based in Big Spring School District. School-based is for grades K-5 in two elementary buildings. Collaborate with our Big Spring school-based team.

Job Responsibilities 

  • Provide outpatient therapy to assigned clients in the office and schools.
  • Conduct initial assessments and determine diagnosis. Develop treatment plans in colloboration with clients and caregivers.
  • Actively collaborate with school staff, parents, caseworkers, and other relevant systems.
  • Participate in monthly team meetings with the rest of our school-based team.

What We Are Looking For

  • Therapists licensed to practice independently in Pennsylvania (i.e., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, psychologist). Therapists working toward clinical licensure are welcome to apply but must have completed at least half of the hours required for licensure (minimum of 1,500 hours of post-graduate, supervised experience).
  • At least two years of experience providing therapy to children and families.
  • Therapists who enjoy working with clients from a range of socioeconomic backgrounds.
  • Organized, conscientious self-starters with great “people-skills.”
  • Must meet state requirements for background check and clearances.
